We promise you that we’re fun and have heaps of enthusiasm.   But first we need to don our serious hats for just a second and chat about important stuff like, how long will you have to wait for your lovely wall art that'll brighten your (already) beautiful kitchen.   Or what happens when it’s the run up to Christmas, you’ve a million-and-one things to do and the kids are running riot.   The last thing you want to worry about is a damaged frame and how to get your moolah back.

Here at A PART OF YOU ME HQ we’re a caring and compassion bunch, so to ensure your items are kept in tip top condition we package posters in strong cardboard tubes and colleges (which we don't have in stock at the mo, but we're (literally) working on it) in tissue paper and strong cardboard boxes.

Once all payment has been received we deliver within 14 days and for good old trusty service we use Royal Mail Standard* and Royal Mail International Standard delivery for both domestic and international orders.

*Royal Mail  (International) Standard shipping guarantees only proof of postage.

Returns & Cancellations   

Oops. We thought we did everything you wanted.

If your purchase isn’t up to scratch or you have changed your mind, (don’t worry sweet, we don’t hold grudges).   We take great care with any and all of our orders.   If during transit item(s) have been damaged cancellation expires 14 days after you are in receipt of your item(s).  

Please email with pictures supporting your change of heart and we’ll soon have you smiling again in no time by reaching a sensible agreement.   Returns are accepted when the item(s) are completely resalable and are packaged within the cardboard tube/box or as close to original packaging as possible within 14 days of being received by you.   Costs incurred returning your item are payable by you.   Subject to successful approval of your item(s) and after payment has been received, a full refund will be given excluding all UK and International delivery costs.


Weren’t home in time for your delivery?  (Don’t stress too much, happens to the best of us).

If you’ve missed your delivery, your item(s) will be delivered to the nearest post office so that you can get later on.   Your post office will advise you on this via a note through your door containing information on where to collect your item(s).

If you don't collect your item(s) within 10 days,  it’ll be a classic case of return to sender (see what we did there) and on a second delivery costs will be payable by you.

We believe in second chances.

If your order has been returned to us through a mistake not of our making  (incorrect delivery address - oops)  then the extra delivery charge incurred in making the second delivery is payable by you.   Once we receive this payment second delivery is possible.
